How to Start a Return?

  2. Get Authorized: Receive your shipping label and return instructions via email.

  3. Ship It Back: Send the item back in its original condition.

  4. Refund or Replacement: Once we receive your package, get your refund or a brand-new replacement.

 

Note: Refunds cover the product cost only. VoltVision Autoparts does not cover installation fees, labor costs, diagnostic services, or any other expenses unrelated to the product itself.

 

Key Policy Details:

Return Window: 30 days from purchase.

Condition: Items must be in new condition, including original packaging, tags, and all accessories.

Shipping Costs: Return labels are provided for product-related issues. For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
